practicing...
I snuck out today during work to take some pics of the few flowers that are still alive in our flower bed. Still practicing with the new Canon 50mm 1.8, I love the background here. I was never able to get this with my kit lens. I already love this lens!! Just gotta get the focus down, I sure wish the flower in this one was perfectly in focus. DARN!! TFL!!

The light is very pretty here and before you know it, you'll have everything nailed down with this lens. You're right though, the background is quite lovely!!
