POTD June 12th, 2007
I'm having a hard time photographing FIRE this week. Way to hot to start one in the house, and we have never used our fireplace before. Wonder if dh would think I was crazy if I had him try it out. LOL!! So for now, Im taking pics of what I have around the house. I think these came out ok, not great but they work. Atleast Im still praticing til I can get my new camera (about a week now!!)

I like the composition of that last one the best. I never get tired of looking at candle pictures, so bring them on.
Cool candle holder! I'm a sucker for these things, but never burn candles... go figure.
i know it is a candle shot and you are trying to get the flames, but i really like the first composition. i like the light coming from the blinds....on the last, how close were you able to get to the flame before it got hot?? just curious...good job though...
