Another fixed photo....

I added a little contrast to this one so hope it looks better. I am still learning photoshop but NEED to know how to fix my pics!! TFL and to all those that gave suggestions.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Also I added a banner to my blog- I know I am no where near being a photographer but I thought it would be fun. I played around in CS2 and this is what I came up with. What do you think? Now if I could only figure out how to save that one part and put it on all my photos. I know I have a LONG way to go before any of my work needs to be watermarked!! One day soon, that is my goal!! Sorry for the way the pics are uploading- not sure why it wont let me use the whole page, no sense in wasting blank space?!!

You can record an action of the steps you take to make the watermark and then just use the action on each picture. Or you could make a brush from the typed layer. I highly recommend Scoot Kelby's PS books. They make all of that stuff a breeze. :D I watermark all of my photos that are public not because they are great photographically (I have a LONG way to go for that LOL), but because most are of my kids and I have had pictures stolen before and put on a disgusting site. I just use it as an extra precaution even though I know nothing can stop the sickos out there.

I like you banner - very cool perspective!! I'm not really qualified to give cc, but I do think more contrast helps the other photo. :)

I would add watermark no matter what. It's a sort of protection for you and those in the pics.

Contrast is a good thing and it's good that you're wanting to learn...I think when you stop wanting to learn, there is something wrong. I learn something almost daily:)

The banner is awesome! Photoshop takes a while to figure out and there is always something new to learn, you are doing a great job :)
